Partner Hotels & tourism
Half this audience is planning a trip
People follow us before they arrive and while they are here. They are working out what to do tonight, where to eat, what is worth the drive. That is a booking window, and it is open right now.
Catch them before the itinerary is written
Most visitor marketing buys keywords against people who already decided to come and mostly decided where to stay. It is the safest money in the category and the least interesting.
The valuable moment comes earlier. Somebody with three days in Nashville and no plan. That person reads a guide, scans a calendar, watches us walk through somewhere they had never heard of, and builds an itinerary out of it. We publish all three. The guides rank and keep ranking. The calendar is current. The coverage shows the actual place.
We also leave the city, which most Nashville media does not. Road trips, waterfalls, the drive people take on day three when they have done Broadway. An hour out is still comfortably in range.
Ask for the geography split before you decide anything else. For some of you the resident half of this audience is the wrong half, and we would rather say so than sell you a package built on the wrong number.
Every partner clears a check before we take a cent. The product or service, how the place is run, and what this city already says about you. It is quick, and it is why a co-sign from us is worth anything.
What converts Guides, then coverageA guide carries a booking link and keeps working for years. Ours have been sending people to counters and trailheads since we published them. Coverage from the property does the emotional half.
We will build against a soft month rather than sell you July. If you are already full in June, spending there is spending to be full.
Cummins Falls, the drives, the swimming holes, the hidden corners of the city. Day three is when people go looking, and almost nobody is publishing for it.
What we build for you
All four tiers →Sponsored guide
A guide built with you and labelled as presented by you. It ranks, it carries your booking link, and it is still working next year.
Ask about this → Residency and up LiveCoverage from the property
Live from the room, the rooftop, the trail or the tour, then clipped. People book places they have watched somebody walk through.
Ask about this → Campaign and up SocialReel package
Vertical cuts shot on site and delivered to you, posted on ours. The format visitors are actually browsing when they plan.
Ask about this → All tiers CalendarFeatured listing
For anything ticketed. A tasting, a tour, a seasonal run. Pinned to the top of the board for the run of it.
Ask about this → All tiersWhat we already shoot for visitors
The archive →The hot chicken guide, Tin Pan South, the Nashville healthcation. These are the questions visitors type in, and a guide keeps answering them long after a post is gone.
Inside the Dark Horse estate in Franklin, room by room, from the live room to the tape vault. Three 4K cameras and a gimbal, a producer, and a crew that stays out of the way of the staff.
Sunrise on the Cumberland, the adoption floor at Wags & Walks, a WWII landing ship on the river. The itinerary built after the obvious two days are used up, which almost nobody is competing for.
Where you usually start
Compare the tiers →Residency
Cheaper per month because you are here all the time. Booking decisions get made every week, so being present every week is the point.
- Every event featured, 2 newsletter features a month
- 2 vertical reels a month, yours to keep
- 1 visit a month, live or a shoot
- A sponsored guide built with you across the term
- First look at what we are covering next
- Billed monthly, three month minimum
Start with the geography split before you start with a package. It is the first thing in the media kit and it decides everything else. Chasing drive market weekenders is a different answer from a hotel selling group business.
If you have a ticketed product, a tasting or a tour or a seasonal run, run a single campaign first. It is a cheap test of whether this audience buys what you sell.
For tourism boards and destination organisations, the Bespoke tier, from $6,000 a month, is usually the right shape, and we will bill through your agency without complaint.
The questions you were going to ask
- Our audience is national, not local
- A large share of ours is visitors rather than residents, and we will send you the exact split rather than asking you to take it on faith. If the number does not work for you, we will say so.
- We work through a DMO or an agency
- Fine. We will bill through them, work to their reporting template, and sign whatever they need signed. No agency loading either way.
- Can you shoot the property properly?
- Three 4K cameras, a roaming gimbal, wireless audio and a producer, and a crew that knows how to work around a live front desk. The Dark Horse estate tour is the reference.
- Do guides get taken down?
- No. A guide stays up and gets updated when things change. That permanence is why it is worth more than a post.
- Is a sponsored guide labelled?
- Clearly, at the top, every time. The reason people trust the guides enough for yours to be worth buying is that we have never quietly slipped a paid entry into one, and every place in them cleared the approval check.
