BrunchThe Gulch$$$$
Biscuit Love
The Gulch's famous brunch line, built on biscuits and sugar-rolled biscuit doughnuts called bonuts.
#11 in Brunch + breakfast
What to get
- Bonuts (fried biscuit doughnuts) for the table
- East Nasty
- Princess
- Biscuits & sausage gravy
When to go
Biscuit Love's own advice: weekdays and earlier mornings are easiest; weekends, holidays and late-morning brunch bring the longest lines at the Gulch because it is closest to Broadway and the hotels.
Insider tip
Order at the register first, then get a table number; the line moves faster than it looks. The Hillsboro Village shop is the calmer, more neighborhood option (per the company). No phone orders; online orders are to-go only.
Heads up
Absent from 2025–26 local critics' and readers' lists; the Gulch shop is tourist-heavy with paid parking only.
