When to go

Easiest to get in: Mon–Wed 9 pm–11 pm. Liveliest: Sat around 10 pm. From Google's popular times.

Mon–Thu 5–7 pm or any time Sunday for the $8–9 happy-hour list and golden-hour skyline. Friday and Saturday nights become DJ parties, so reserve if you want a seat.

Insider tip

Valet through the Thompson is $8 for up to 3 hours (normally $25). It's 21+, walk-ins are welcome, and Wednesday is half-price bottles. There's a real tree in the middle of the roof strung with lights.

Heads up

Weekend nights are loud and sceney; The Infatuation says skip the edible-glitter chicken tenders.
