When to go
Shortest wait: Mon, Wed, Thu 7 am–9 am. Busiest: Sun around 10 am (up to 30 min wait). From Google's popular times.
The Pantry's own FAQ: expect a 20–25 minute wait at peak, 8 am–1 pm. It opens at 6 am, so go before 8 or after 1 pm. The line on the sidewalk is the waitlist; just get in it.
Insider tip
Parking validation for 1.5 hours in the lot directly behind the restaurant. Tables seat up to about 12 (first come, first served). If Hillsboro's line is long, the downtown Pantry (220 Molloy St) serves the same menu.

Infatuation's 'lines' guide: a bucket-list stop, 'but there's better breakfast out there.' The founding Baldwin family sold it in 2017 (recipes kept).
