What to get

  • Hot chicken tenders ($15) or the Nashville hot half bird ($22): pick Medium or Hot
  • Hot Chicken & Beignets ($17): the current menu's sweet-heat signature
  • Hot chicken poutine ($16) or Hot Loaded Nachos ($19) for the table
  • Boozy slushies: Cherry Limeade ($9 / $14) or Bourbon Bushwacker ($10 / $15), or a six-slushie Bougie Flight ($25)
  • 22 oz domestic draft

When to go

Weekend brunch (Sat–Sun 10 am–2 pm) is the signature party. For cheaper drinks avoid Fri–Sat 5–9 pm, the only time happy hour pauses. Sunday has $5 Bloody Marys and $3 mimosas all day.

Insider tip

Book groups on Toast Tables; parties of 8 or more get a 20% auto-gratuity. Brunch for Two ($56.78, served all day) brings a 55-oz Bloody Mary and two hot chicken half birds. Weeknight deals from 5 pm: free kids meal with an adult entrée (Mon), half off one appetizer (Tue), buy-one-get-one wings (Wed), $8 two-tender basket (Thu). Want a later night? The Five Points branch stays open to 1 am Fri–Sat.

Heads up

It's the party-and-slushies pick, not the critics' top bird: it doesn't appear in Infatuation's rankings or the Eater 38. Some Five Points bar owners call the chain 'super mainstream' (Scene, 2026). The company went through bankruptcy and two ownership changes in 2024–25.

Happy hour

  • Mon–Thu 11 AM–10 PMHappy hour all day, every day except Fri & Sat 5–9 pm: house wine, Tito's highballs, select martinis, 22-oz Michelob Ultra / Miller Lite / Coors Light drafts and select bar bites (happy-hour prices not posted online). Times shown are Vanderbilt opening hours. source
  • Sun 10 AM–10 PMAll-day happy hour (as above) plus 'Sunday, Stay Awhile': $5 Bloody Marys and $3 mimosas all day. source
