When to go

Seats release on OpenTable at midnight daily on a six-week rolling basis; Eater says three seatings a night.

Insider tip

The four-seat bar out front is billed as the smallest in Tennessee. Arrive a little early. It's next door to Noko (same team, chef Dung 'Junior' Vo).
