What to get

  • Roasted cauliflower with truffled pea purée (the signature)
  • Octopus and shrimp bruschetta
  • Smoked old fashioned in the lounge
  • Tempura mushrooms with Korean hot chili mayo ($8)
  • Fried Brussels sprouts ($8)

When to go

Pre-symphony or business dinners: it's across from the Schermerhorn and Music City Center; weekends fill with concertgoers (Infatuation).

Insider tip

Valet is $5 at lunch/$10 at dinner (free for loyalty members) at Demonbreun & Almond in front of the Encore tower. Book the dining room or lounge; Infatuation finds the kitchen-counter seats noisy.

Heads up

Critics split: Eater re-added it to the 38 in May 2026, but Infatuation rates it 6.8 ('needs an editor').
